Oxiyen builds the business applications that enterprises actually need. Commerce, data, automation. Connected to the systems they already run on. Small team. Senior people. Nohandoffs.
The RoleYou'll work directly with clients to understand how their business runs: the processes, the dataflows, the edge cases nobody documented. Then you'll design and build the applications that makeit work better. Not just the happy path. The parts that break in production.
You're senior enough to own the outcome, not just the code. The person who understands theclient's problem is the same person building the solution.
What You'll Do- Build applications that connect to ERP systems, commerce platforms, and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure
- Work directly with clients to understand their business operations, map data structures, anddefine the rules the software needs to enforce
- Contribute to technical decisions: architecture, data modeling, integration approach. You'renot handed a spec.
- Build data transformation, validation, and monitoring. The things that keep applications running after launch.
- Own what you build through production. Monitoring, debugging, optimization, security.
- Write things down. Architectures, specs, decisions. The team and the client both use what you document.
- Contribute to Oxiyen's products (PIM, Mobile Commerce) and internal tooling
- Several years of experience with enterprise systems: ERPs, commerce platforms, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong with APIs, data transformation, and error handling. You've debugged the ones that breakat 2am.
- Comfort working directly with clients and understanding how their business operates
- Someone who cares about what happens after launch. Not just before.
- You write things down. If it's not documented, it didn't happen.
- Experience with B2B commerce platforms or procurement workflows
- Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure
- Experience with compliance standards: SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
- Familiarity with functional programming concepts and immutable data structures
- You work directly with clients from day one. No bench time. No shadow period.
- Your code ships and runs in production. You're accountable for how it performs.
- Home office and equipment budget to set up your workspace properly.
- The stack: ERPs, commerce platforms, cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
First week: Meet the team, get access to a live client project, and start learning the systems and business context behind it.
By day 30: You're contributing to a client engagement. You understand the business problem, the architecture, and the data flows. You've shipped something that runs inproduction.
By day 90: You own a workstream. The client knows your name. You're the personwho understands why it was built that way.
What We Work With- Tools: Git Hub, Jira, Slack, Figma
- Compliance: SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
- ERPs: SAP, Infor, Net Suite, Epicor, and others
