** Sendan Technology is seeking an exceptional Lead Full Stack & AI Engineer to spearhead our core digital product engineering division in Riyadh. In this pivotal technical leadership capacity, you will architect, build, and optimize next-generation enterprise platforms, compliance engines, and Generative AI workflow automation tools serving Saudi Arabia's premier enterprises and government entities.
** You will lead the end-to-end technical strategy across our web applications and AI services. On the frontend, you will establish architectural rigor with Next.js 14/15, Type Script, React Server Components (RSC), bidirectional LTR/RTL design systems, and sub-second Core Web Vitals performance. On the backend, you will design scalable microservices and robust API gateways in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, and Redis.

Critically, you will drive the integration of cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM technologies—including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, semantic search engines with pgvector, autonomous agent frameworks, and custom fine-tuned models for enterprise document intelligence. You will mentor engineering squads, instill test-driven development (TDD), enforce CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, and ensure bank-grade security standards.##

Key Responsibilities
* Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications and microservices using Next.js, React, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
* Build and deploy robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector embeddings, and LLM-powered enterprise assistants.
* Design and maintain clean design systems with flawless LTR and RTL Arabic typography and high visual aesthetics.
* Optimize application architectures for maximum performance, multi-region CDN caching, ISR/SSG, and sub-second TTFB.
* Design database schemas, indexing strategies, and high-performance queries across PostgreSQL and Redis.
* Lead automated testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on AWS.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and enterprise clients to define technical milestones.## Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent field.
* 6+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with extensive production use of Type Script, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI APIs, Lang Chain, Llama Index, pgvector, Hugging Face).
* Mastery of modern database architectures, query optimization, connection pooling, and caching with PostgreSQL and Redis.
* Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure (AWS ECS, Lambda, S3, Cloud Front), Docker containerization, and Terraform/IaC.
* Proven track record of building responsive, accessible, bidirectional (English/Arabic) web applications with high aesthetic polish.
* Strong leadership, code review diligence, and technical mentoring skills.##
