Help Deliver the Future of Usage-Based Billing

Logi Sense is looking for a Software Developer to help build and enhance our usage-based billing platform. You’ll bring strong C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server skills, along with experience applying other technologies to solve problems. AI tools are part of your everyday development workflow, and you know how to validate their results.

You’ll work within a cross-functional sprint team and across the wider organization to turn customer and business needs into reliable improvements to the Logi Sense Billing platform.

At Logi Sense, we believe billing should be simple and transparent. Our cloud-based billing and monetization platform helps innovative companies automate and scale complex usage-based and subscription billing models. Your work will turn customer and business needs into platform features that support that mission.

Why Join Logi Sense?
  • Remote-first culture with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada
  • A people-first environment that values integrity, balance, accountability, and innovation
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and funded learning and development

opportunities

  • Ownership of complex features from design through delivery, with room to exercise your technical judgment
  • Opportunities to apply your broader technical skills and AI-assisted development practices to real customer and business problems
  • A chance to strengthen the team through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and improvements to how we build software
The Role

As a Software Developer at Logi Sense, you’ll own complex features spanning multiple application components, from design through delivery.

You’ll help clarify requirements, make well-reasoned technical decisions, and work with QA and other members of your Scrum team to address testing and regression risks. Your ownership extends to supporting the software you deliver and improving its reliability in collaboration with IT and Support.

You’ll organize and prioritize your work with minimal supervision, provide realistic estimates, and raise risks early. You’ll know when to work through a problem independently and when to involve others. Through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing, you’ll help colleagues grow while contributing improvements to shared code and development practices.

At Logi Sense, we live by three core values:
Be good. Seek balance. Get paid. They guide everything we

do - and we hope they resonate with you too.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Strong experience developing enterprise applications with C# and .NET, plus experience applying other technologies to solve problems.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and query optimization.
  • Experience with at least one of Node.js or a modern UI framework.
  • Practical experience incorporating AI tools into your everyday development workflow, understanding their limitations, validating their results, and sharing effective practices.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and integrating with RESTful APIs.
  • The ability to own complex features across multiple application components, from design through delivery, with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to break down requirements into development tasks, identify dependencies, provide realistic estimates, and communicate risks early.
  • Sound judgment in software design decisions and technical tradeoffs, including knowing when to involve others.
  • A systematic approach to debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
  • Experience implementing automated unit and functional tests, and working with QA and other members of your Scrum team to address integration and regression risks.
  • The ability to work with Product and other stakeholders to understand user needs and clarify…
