THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced One Stream Developer to join our Fin Tech team and assume hands-on technical ownership of a complex One Stream implementation as it enters User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and transitions into production.

This is a highly technical development role requiring extensive experience building, supporting, and enhancing custom One Stream planning applications. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, FP&A, IT, and implementation partners to troubleshoot issues, develop new functionality, support production readiness, and become the primary technical resource responsible for the ongoing evolution of the platform.

Our implementation includes sophisticated custom register-based planning solutions, multiple planning cubes, extensive C# development, enterprise integrations, and highly customized business logic. The successful candidate must be comfortable working within an existing application, understanding complex code, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

** Success in this role means becoming the trusted technical expert for the One Stream platform by rapidly understanding the existing application, resolving complex technical issues, delivering high-quality enhancements, supporting Finance and FP&A users, and ensuring the long-term stability and evolution of a highly customized enterprise planning solution.## WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO### One Stream Development
* Develop, maintain, and enhance custom One Stream functionality using C# and the One Stream extensibility framework.
* Develop and support custom planning applications, calculations, business logic, and reusable platform components.
* Build, troubleshoot, and optimize register-based planning solutions.
* Enhance Dynamic Dashboards, Work spaces, Cube Views, and user-facing planning functionality.
* Develop and maintain Business Rules, BRApi components, custom Business Objects, and Extender APIs.
* Design and optimize data movement using Data Buffers, Stage Tables, BI-Blend, and custom processing logic.
* Develop solutions using Custom Tables to support planning applications, metadata management, and application configuration.### Technical Ownership
* Assume hands-on technical ownership of the One Stream application from the implementation partner.
* Investigate production issues and UAT defects through detailed root cause analysis.
* Implement enhancements, resolve defects, and improve application performance.
