- Perform and coordinate complex application programming activities. Design the applicationu
2019s technical infrastructure using specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches. Lead the design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions. Strategic planning
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that align with the banku
2019s vision, strategy, and business objectives. Lead multiple complex projects involving backend systems, new technology, and the enhancement of existing applications. Leadership skills
- Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.

Who you are You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience in technical tools such as:
Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, AWS ,Restful APIs. It is an asset if you have:
Salesforce & Mule Soft development experience, Dev Ops CI/CD development experience. Cloud development
- Azure/AWS/GCP. You have experience delivering technology solutions in the Insurance industry, with an understanding of core insurance workflows and regulated environments, is considered an asset. You embrace and champion change. Youu
