- Own development of ML systems for voice and speech, including transcription, ASR, and speech synthesis.
- Work with distributed systems handling terabytes of data and billions of records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into engineering strategies.
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years in ML/AI with emphasis on NLP, plus strong software engineering background.
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, and multimodal models.
- Hands-on experience with real-time audio and voice tech, and container orchestration like Kubernetes.
- Fully remote opportunity based in India.
- Exposure to large-scale systems and modern GenAI technologies.
- High autonomy in a greenfield, fast-paced environment.
