Speechify is seeking a Team Lead to own core product work and to raise how the team works around it. This is a hands-on role where you'll write code, review code, and own features from decision through release. We value delivery, reliability, and strong communication while maintaining a fast, flat organization.
As a 100% distributed company without an office, Speechify expects leadership, initiative, and a bias for action to keep features shipping reliably at scale in a remote setting.
