We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help shape how we build quality into everything we deliver. If you're passionate about modern engineering practices, automation, API testing, non-functional testing, and embedding quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle, this is an opportunity to make a real impact across our technology landscape. This role operates to ensure quality is engineered into our products and platforms from the outset.
You will work closely with engineering teams to improve system testability, automation, observability, and release confidence, while driving the adoption of modern engineering practices that enable the rapid delivery of secure, reliable and scalable software. As a senior member of the Quality Engineering community, you'll also provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to colleagues, helping to shape testing strategies, grow engineering capability, and drive continuous improvement across our products and platforms, tooling, and ways of working.
At Skipton, we're founded on fairness. We exist to do right by our members - and we believe that starts with doing right by our people. So whoever you are and whatever you bring, there's a place for you here and a genuine plan for where you go next.
