Applied AI Research Engineer; Fully Remote

• You will turn AI research into practical, reusable systems for real-world applications.
• You will build RL environments, agentic systems, LLM pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.

What You'll Do:

• Develop benchmarks and evaluation harnesses for model quality, safety, and cost.
• Run fine-tuning experiments and deploy self-hosted models for evaluation.

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with strong engineering practices.
• You have experience with RL, agentic systems, or LLM pipelines; independent and analytical.
