- Enforce engineering standards for security and auditability.
- Drive CI/CD, observability, and support rigor.
- Manage technical debt and scale the AI solution portfolio.
- 7+ years software engineering, 2+ years leadership.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based or agentic products.
- Strong cloud-native and API design skills.
