# Head of Engineering Remote — US, CA, GB, AU preferred

Full-time
· Remote Own the technical foundation of a regenerative growth OS — from architecture to deployment to the team that ships it.

Earth Care Network is building the growth OS for regenerative enterprises — the CRM, directory, AI-powered tools, and agentic workflows that help mission-driven founders make more money doing the right thing.

We're looking for a Head of Engineering to own everything technical: architecture, infrastructure, engineering culture, and the roadmap that turns our vision into reliable, scalable software. You'll work directly with the founder and be the person who decides how we build — not just what we build.
** What you'll own
*** Technical architecture and infrastructure (cloud, APIs, data pipelines, AI integrations)
* Engineering hiring, onboarding, and culture — building a small, high-trust team
* Sprint planning and delivery: shipping features that move the OKRs
* Security, reliability, and compliance for a platform handling sensitive business data
* Developer tooling, CI/CD, and the practices that keep velocity high as the team grows
** The stack (current)
*** Python / Django backend, PostgreSQL, REST + Web Socket APIs
* React / Type Script frontend
* AI/LLM integrations (Jaguar, agentic workflows)
* Cloud-hosted; infrastructure-as-code
** Why this role matters
** We're at the inflection point: product-market fit is real, the first paying customers are live, and the platform needs to scale — technically and as a team. The person who takes this role shapes how Earth Care Network grows for the next decade.
