Token Brick Labs  is a Seattle-based blockchain studio that designs, audits, and ships production Real-World Asset tokenization — issuance, identity, custody, and settlement rails for funds, fintechs, and operators. We hire globally and build for institutional security, compliance, and day-two operations, not slide-deck prototypes.

As a Tech Lead, you will own technical direction for a squad shipping issuance, identity, and operator products. You still write code — architecture, critical paths, reviews — while unblocking ICs, tightening the design, and keeping delivery honest. This is a full-time role.

Tech Leads at Token Brick Labs  sit inside the squad, not above it. You translate tokenization constraints into sequenced engineering work, hold the review bar, and stay close enough to Solidity, Type Script, and APIs to make the call when architecture and product disagree. People management sits with Engineering Managers; you own the technical outcome.

• Set technical direction for a squad: architecture, sequencing, and the quality bar for production issuances.
• Design and implement high-risk paths — contracts, APIs, identity, or operator workflows — yourself when the risk warrants it.
• Lead design reviews, RFCs, and code review so ICs ship without waiting on a bottleneck.
• Break ambiguous tokenization work into slices that can be audited, tested, and operated.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering Managers on scope, risk, and launch readiness.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, written feedback, and incident reviews.
• Own technical incident response for your domain and drive durable fixes, not heroics.

• 6+ years of software engineering, including time as a senior or staff IC on production systems.
• Track record leading technical work across more than one engineer without formal people management.
• Depth in at least two of:
  Type Script/Node, Solidity/smart contracts, cloud backends, or frontend systems.
• Excellent written communication; you can explain a design to engineers, product, and counsel.
• Experience shipping in fintech, infrastructure, or similarly high-stakes domains.

• Prior Tech Lead or Staff Engineer role on a blockchain, custody, or payments platform.
• Familiarity with ERC-3643 / T-REX, permissioned tokens, or RWA issuance stacks.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or audit-driven engineering practices.
