Senior SRE Remote

Remote (US) Full-time $220K–$340K + equity

As a senior sre at Gen Ark you are a senior reviewer and decision-maker on artifacts our agents draft for enterprise customers. You spend the day reviewing output, deciding edge cases, and signing your name on the work that ships.

• Review and sign off on agent-drafted artifacts in your domain
• Pair with customers' senior engineers on the decisions that matter
• Write the house-style rules and patterns agents follow on your accounts
• Contribute reusable patterns back to the Gen Ark platform
• Mentor other senior engineers on the craft of supervising agents

• Ten or more years building production systems
• A track record of work that ran at scale
• Strong opinions about reviewability, audit trails and reversibility
• You would rather review twenty pull requests well than write one

Competitive base, meaningful early-stage equity and a customer-outcome bonus pool. Full health, dental and vision. Four weeks of PTO plus the week between Christmas and New Year. A $5,000 annual learning budget. Remote-first, with optional San Francisco and New York offices.
