Senior ML Engineer: Production GenAI & RAG; Remote

Tensor Ops is seeking a Mid/Senior ML Engineer to guide technical direction across client engagements and mentor a growing team of junior ML engineers. You will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and take systems from prototype to production.

You'll work directly with clients, design, train, deploy, and monitor ML models (RAG, embeddings, GenAI) on cloud platforms and contribute to internal best practices while growing with a fast, remote-first team.
