In this full-time position, you will work with the Perseus Pay product team to resolve complex production issues that affect dealer customers. You will need a solid background in C#, SQL, and Azure Services to monitor payment processing, triage requests, and communicate effectively with users and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production environments for anomalies in payment processing

• Triage inbound support requests and communicate status updates

• Investigate issues using logs, SQL, and Azure tools

• Document resolved issues for team knowledge

• Collaborate with engineering to address systemic bugs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical support or software development experience

• Proficient in C# and .NET framework

• Strong SQL querying abilities

• Familiar with Azure Cloud Services
