UX​/UI Engineer

** UX/UI Engineer
** with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

** Your Role:
*** Deliver end-to-end from requirement design build test production support    Break down work into stories tasks ship iteratively using flow-based delivery
* Design UI solutions and implement them using semantic HTML CSS vanilla JS and Web Components
* Improve shared UI libraries patterns and documentation examples to drive adoption
* Champion accessibility and semantic HTML standards through hands-on delivery and mentoring
* Pair with others mentor juniors through coaching and constructive feedback.
* Identify technical debt and help prioritise improvements

* Demonstrable UIvisual design judgement not just implementation
