The W+ team designs and develops scalable, cloud-native AI-powered systems that enhance operational reliability and performance. They lead technical strategy and execution across platforms, ensuring architectural integrity aligned with enterprise standards. What you'll do:

Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

Lead full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Apply cloud-native architecture principles to enhance system agility and performance.

Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.

Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.

Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.

Drive continuous improvement through innovation, error correction, and knowledge sharing.

What you'll bring:7+ years of professional experience in various elements of full stack software development – native mobile, web front end, back end, and hands-on coding experience in the past

Experience with full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, observability, and maintenance.

Previous knowledge of  designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform

Experience with Android SDK, Services, and various methods of background processing Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Data-driven decision-making skills to define metrics and optimize engineering processes.

Adaptability to evolving technologies and complex system contexts.
