* Primary Responsibilities:

*
* + Build and refine AI-enabled solutions, including agents, copilots, automations, workflows, retrieval experiences, and integrations

+ Work directly with business subject matter experts to understand workflows, clarify needs, and test whether solutions address the right problem

+ Translate product requirements and solution designs into working prototypes and production-capable components

+ Contribute to prompt design, context and retrieval strategies, tool use, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls

+ Use code, low-code platforms, APIs, analytics tools, and enterprise AI technologies as appropriate to the problem

+ Partner with architects, engineers, data scientists, platform teams, and transformation leads to implement reliable and usable solutions

+ Develop tests, evaluation cases, documentation, monitoring requirements, and other artifacts needed to support responsible implementation

+ Demonstrate solutions to users and leaders, incorporate feedback quickly, and support workflow adoption

+ Convert successful work into reusable components, templates, implementation guides, and playbooks

+ Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and apply useful advances to current business problems

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + 5+ years of experience in technology, analytics, automation, data science, software development, product development, consulting, or a related field

+ Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled, analytics, automation, data, or software solutions using code, low-code platforms, or comparable development tools

+ Experience translating business or product requirements into working solutions or technical deliverables

+ Experience collaborating with business and technical partners in a cross-functional environment

+ Experience testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and improving solutions based on user feedback or performance results

+ Experience communicating technical concepts and implementation considerations to technical and non-technical audiences

+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, analytics, or another regulated environment

Experience with Product Development, Product Management Lifecycle, and/or AI Development Lifecycle

Experience with generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, orchestration, copilots, or intelligent automation

+

Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, tool integration, or AI evaluation

+

Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, Lang Graph, or comparable AI development frameworks

+

Experience with APIs, cloud services, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern enterprise data platforms

+

Experience with user-centered product development, workflow design, or rapid prototyping

+ Familiarity with machine learning methods and when to partner with data scientists on predictive solutions

+ Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or another programming language
