The Head of Delivery will lead Roboflow’s Implementation Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, helping complex customers move computer-vision applications into production. We're looking for a Head of Delivery to own and scale how we take our most complex customers from vision to production.

The Opportunity Our customers come to Roboflow with ambitious problems: automating quality inspection, monitoring infrastructure, understanding physical environments, improving operational workflows, and building entirely new products powered by computer vision.

Getting those applications into production often requires much more than handing a customer software.

Our Delivery organization, including Implementation Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering, works alongside customers to turn those ideas into real, production-ready systems.

We're looking for a leader who can build this function for the next stage of Roboflow's growth.

You'll own the teams, operating model, and customer delivery strategy, while remaining deeply involved in the work yourself. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage delivery from a distance. We expect you to understand our customers' problems, get into the technical details with your team, join critical customer conversations, and help solve the hardest deployments.

You'll be both the architect of the organization and an active participant in the work.
