Chandra Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Programmer/Team Lead to maintain, support, and develop the Phoenix core system for South Carolina’s DMV. The role combines COBOL back-end work with .NET front-end interfaces in a hybrid work environment.
The ideal candidate has extensive COBOL experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently with CJIS certification sponsorship. Training will be onsite with a transition to a two-day remote per week schedule.
