The Role
Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As AI Developer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role. You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them. You work directly with engineering and delivery leadership to take a documented roadmap of automation workflows and turn them into shipped, working systems.
This role is for someone who has already built things with LLMs and can show it.
