This role encompasses a wide array of accounting and payroll responsibilities, including month end close and reporting, external reporting obligations (including managing the audit), payroll, accounting processes and controls and compliance with internal policies. The role is responsible for all 6 countries that we currently operate in. Due to the group's recent rapid geographical expansion - new accounting & payroll obligations and many other "firsts" will need to be addressed - allowing the successful candidate to stamp their mark on the role.

The company is at an exciting stage of its growth and this high profile role has the opportunity to grow with the organisation. This role includes managing a team of 4, with responsibility for their coaching and career development.
