About the Role    We’re looking for a leader to own our legal operations function and continue building it for our next phase of growth. Working with a dedicated automations engineering team, you will own the systems that ensure the Legal Team scales with the company: contract management, vendor relationships (including outside counsel billing and guidelines) and the overall legal tech stack.

The goal is simple: help define what a legal organization looks like in the AI native era.
In this role, you will:

• Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal. Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating.

• Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), matter management, and creating an e-billing systems    
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking
