The role covers hands-on D365 F&O support across Finance and Supply Chain, relevant X++ development and customization, integrations, testing, documentation and delivery coordination. It is part-time contract support with remote work and the onsite requirements below.
We are looking for a highly capable, stand-alone D365 F&O Developer to take complete ownership of our system’s lifecycle. This is a unique hybrid role for an independent contractor who can seamlessly transition from high-level project management to deep backend technical execution.
Core Responsibilities & Technical Scope:- End-to-End Ownership:
Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and gap analysis to development, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support. - Full Stack D365 Development:
Deep expertise in X++ coding, custom integrations, API development, data entities, and complete front-to-back system architecture. - Project & Partner Management (PM to Back-End):
Act as the primary technical lead and PM. You will manage partner relationships, translate business requirements into technical blueprints, and execute the backend development yourself. - Complete management of Azure Dev Ops (ADO), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, code repositories, branch strategies, release pipelines, and deployment tracking.
- Operate with full autonomy, requiring minimal hand-holding while delivering enterprise-grade code and architectural solutions.
A true stand-alone contractor who thrives in a self-directed environment.
Proven ability to wear both the "Project Manager" and "Lead Developer" hats within the Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem.
