Our salary ranges are structured to provide opportunities for growth and advancement within a role. As a result, most new hires are placed between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on qualifications and experience, while the top of the range is generally reserved for employees who have demonstrated sustained expertise and performance in the position. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications, and company tenure & equity.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.

• Sr. BI Developer starting is $100,600 $ 125,700. The full range is $100,600 to $150,900
• Lead BI Developer starting is $115,700 to $144,600. The full range is $127,200 to $190,800

We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to design, develop, implement, and support data solutions that help the business make informed decisions. This position may be filled at the Senior or Lead level, depending on the selected candidate’s experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated leadership.

In this role, you will develop dashboards, reports, data extracts, governed datasets, ETL/ELT processes, data marts, and other BI solutions. You will work with business and technical partners to translate complex requirements into reliable, secure, supportable, and cost-effective data solutions. You will also help maintain development, testing, documentation, change management, data governance, security, and production support standards.
