The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and customer success to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.

Experience with API integrations, RESTful services, and web services.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable automation workflows and integrations that meet client requirements.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and improve existing automation solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.
