Home Office Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.

Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.

Drive full software development lifecycle, promoting Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization.

Guide architectural reviews and system design decisions to ensure maintainability, extensibility, and performance.

Mentor engineers and managers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Manage stakeholder relationships to define priorities, unblock progress, and align engineering efforts with business goals.

Establish and track operational and engineering metrics to assess platform success and guide enhancements.

What you'll bring:

Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives with a focus on scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.

Proven expertise in driving full software development lifecycle, including Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD, and cloud cost optimization.

Strong technical judgment with the ability to guide architectural decisions and system integration across multiple teams.

Demonstrated success managing complex projects, stakeholder relationships, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic business goals.

Skilled in mentoring and developing engineering talent to foster innovation and technical excellence.

Proficient in AI/ML integration and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced software products.
