Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM to join their dynamic team. As an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM, you will be part of the HR Technology Support team supporting enterprise-wide HR systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $85/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Develop, customize, and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions for US-based clients. Lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 verification and background checks. Analyze recruiting business processes and identify gaps within Oracle product functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow. Perform analysis, design, coding, data migration, and testing for HRMS environments.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures. Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.What's in it for me?
