Remote Software Development Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices.
• In-depth understanding of software development processes, technologies, and architectures.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and deliver complex software projects remotely.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git is essential.
