Framer Developer

Iverson is a creative and technology partner to ambitious companies. We help businesses identify opportunities and solve their most pressing problems. Thumb-stopping campaigns, brand formation, and world-class interface design are just a few ways we drive impact.

We are looking for a design-oriented Framer Developer. This person takes stunning designs and brings them to life with precision, polish, and a deep understanding of what makes a web experience feel extraordinary. You are equally comfortable in Figma and Framer, and you take pride in shipping sites that look and perform exactly as intended.

• Own the build and launch of client websites in Framer, from initial setup through QA and handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect execution of design intent across all breakpoints.
• Collaborate closely with designers to bridge the gap between static comps and live, interactive experiences, contributing technical insight early in the design process.
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and component logic that go beyond Framer's out-of-the-box capabilities using overrides and code components.
• Maintain and evolve reusable component libraries and CMS structures that keep projects scalable and easy for clients to manage post-launch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, keeping projects on track and communicating blockers early.

• Experience
: 5+ years in web development with at least 1-2 years building production sites in Framer. A portfolio of live Framer projects showcasing range across marketing sites, landing pages, and interactive campaigns is required.
• Technical Depth
  :
Strong command of Framer's component system, CMS, and code overrides. Proficiency in React and Type Script is a big plus.
• Design Sensibility: A genuine eye for design. You notice when something is 2px off and you fix it without being asked.
• Multitasker
  :
Comfortable managing 3-5 concurrent builds at different stages without letting quality slip.
• Communication
  :
Clear and proactive communicator who can translate technical constraints into plain language for designers and clients alike.
• Extreme Ownership Mentality
  :
You treat every site like it has your name on it. You QA thoroughly, iterate quickly, and ship with pride.
• AI Forward
  :
Using AI tools to move faster and solve problems more creatively across the build process.
• Sense of Humor
  :
Collaborative and easygoing, even when deadlines are tight.
• "That Dog":
Hungry to keep pushing what Framer can do and always looking for ways to raise the bar on what we ship.

• Remote-first: Work from anywhere in the United States. Our culture is built to support remote-first collaboration and flexibility. If you are local to OC and want to join us in the office, there are always open desks.
• Flexibility
  :
Enjoy unlimited time off and the autonomy to structure your workday in a way that suits you best.
• Growth-Oriented
  :
We’re committed to helping our team members grow personally and professionally through ongoing learning opportunities and meaningful challenges.
• Creative Environment
  :
Be part of a team that celebrates design, innovation, and a playful approach to solving problems.

If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
