Game Developer - Remote

We are seeking experienced Game Developers to create realistic gameplay challenges that help evaluate and improve AI systems. Developers from AAA studios, indie teams, or solo projects are welcome.

• Build small game projects or interactive scenes using major game engines.
• Create realistic gameplay bugs and feature-development challenges.
• Write clear task instructions and acceptance criteria.
• Develop reference solutions for bug fixes and feature implementations.
• Define success criteria, including expected visuals, inputs, and in-game states.
• Playtest tasks to ensure they are reliable and solvable.

• Demonstrated game development experience with a strong portfolio or published projects.
• Proficiency in Unity, Godot, or Unreal Engine.
• Experience with C#, GDScript, C++, or Blueprints.
• Strong debugging, gameplay testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred: Experience in game QA, technical or systems design, automated testing, or AI evaluation.

Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
