Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join their remote team. In this role, you will lead efforts in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex software applications. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other QA professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable software solutions.

• Develop and execute detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing software features.
• Lead and mentor junior QA analysts, providing guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to the automation of testing processes, including the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality is built into the product.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proven experience in leading QA initiatives and mentoring team members.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and various testing types.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
