This role is pivotal as a senior individual contributor, reporting to the Head of Engineering. You will be responsible for designing architecture and selecting tech stacks to create a new platform for chronic disease risk prediction. Extensive experience in handling clinical data and developing EMR integrations is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build a population health platform architecture
• Lead the ingestion of large clinical datasets reliably
• Create APIs and manage data for user-facing applications
• Collaborate on user stories with the product lead
• Mentor junior developers through code review and pairing
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software development for web applications
• Hands-on EMR integration with HL7 and/or FHIR
• Experience cleaning and de-duplicating large datasets
• Proven history of building products from scratch
• Strong system design skills and communication abilities
