- Lead and mentor a team of AI and Machine Learning Engineers, providing technical guidance and direction.
- Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML models and platforms.
- Define and implement best practices for AI development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Drive research into new AI techniques and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with demonstrated experience leading projects.
- Expertise in developing and deploying complex AI/ML models using frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
