Improvix Technologies is seeking a Service Now CMDB Engineer to own and drive the CMDB, discovery, and service mapping for a federal program. The role is remote-first with occasional onsite in Washington, DC, and requires an active Top Secret clearance or willingness to be sponsored for TS.
You will lead discovery, mapping, data quality, and integrations to ensure the CMDB remains accurate and trusted for downstream ITOM and asset management processes.
