Senior AI Engineer - NLP Focus

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior AI Engineer with a specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join their fully remote team. This role is central to developing and deploying advanced AI solutions that understand, interpret, and generate human language. You will work on challenging projects involving text analysis, sentiment analysis, machine translation, and conversational AI, leveraging state-of-the-art NLP techniques.

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge NLP models and algorithms for various applications.
• Process and analyze large volumes of text data, extracting meaningful insights and features.
• Build and fine-tune language models (e.g., transformers, LSTMs) for tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, and question answering.
• Develop conversational AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define NLP requirements and integrate solutions into products.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in NLP and apply them to improve model performance and capabilities.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing .
• Proficiency in Python and key NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of language modeling, text representation techniques (e.g., word embeddings), and sequence-to-sequence models.
