• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of native iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Architect robust, scalable, and secure mobile solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define and implement features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement security best practices for mobile applications, especially in a financial context.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and development methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of mobile product roadmap and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
• Demonstrated experience in developing applications within the Banking & Finance or Fin Tech industry.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and mobile security standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
