• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using React.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering their technical growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
• Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
