Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud.

Core Technical Skills

• Salesforce Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components (Lightning)
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Salesforce Flows and Automation

Salesforce Expertise

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform limits (Governor Limits).
• Salesforce Data Model, Sharing Model, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets.
• FLS, CRUD Security, Security Best Practices.
• Experience with Community/Experience Cloud implementation and customization.

Integration Skills

• REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Salesforce integration with enterprise applications.
• Experience with Boomi or similar iPaaS solutions.
• SSO implementation using OKTA.
• Knowledge of OAuth authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ preferred.

API & Event-Driven Architecture

• API governance using APIGEE.
• Event-driven integration using Kafka.
• Design of secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant integrations.

Dev Ops & Delivery

• Experience with Git Hub and version control.
• Azure Dev Ops (ADO) / Jira for Agile delivery.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Code reviews, code governance, and release management.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical estimation and sprint planning support.
• Mentor developers and enforce development standards.
• Drive production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Compliance & Domain Experience

• Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences environments.
• Understanding of HIPAA and enterprise security standards.
• Exposure to security tools such as Veracode, Checkmarx, and Archer.
