Requirements- At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire Insurance Now
- Insurance Now certification is a plus
- Experience configuring, customizing, and integrating Insurance Now
- Proficiency in Java and XML
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes and systems
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations
- Experience with the Insurance Now API framework and data model
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Design, develop, and implement Insurance Now solutions
- Configure and customize Insurance Now workflows and business processes
- Integrate Insurance Now with external applications and third-party systems
- Develop and support Insurance Now APIs and data integrations
- Work with business stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and developers to deliver projects
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
