Scrum Launch is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and implement scalable web apps using Ruby on Rails for APIs and Next.js for user interfaces. You will lead architecture, code quality, and performance improvements across the stack.
This is a mostly remote US-based role with periodic in-person offsites near NYC or LA. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, deep Rails and React/Next.js skills, strong PostgreSQL and cloud know-how, and proven leadership in fast-moving projects.
