RapidSOS is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Voice AI team in building next-gen safety technology. You’ll own core capabilities end-to-end—from model behavior to backend architecture and evaluation tooling.
This role blends Python back-end work with a React/Type Script frontend and real-time systems. You’ll work on end-to-end product delivery, improve conversational quality, safety, and reliability, and use automated evaluations and production metrics to drive improvements.
