Job Description
- Partner directly with BSA/AML stakeholders to understand reporting needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
- Use SQL and Snowflake to investigate, validate, and troubleshoot complex data and reporting requirements
- Support reporting needs involving data flowing into and out of Actimize
- Gather and define reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Modernize existing reporting processes as Pathward transitions toward its newer cloud and enterprise data environments
- Collaborate across BSA/AML, data, technology, integration, and reporting teams
- 3+ years of BI/reporting experience, ideally 5+ years
- Strong hands-on Power BI development experience
- Strong SQL skills for querying, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Strong understanding of BI, data, and reporting fundamentals
- Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into reporting and data solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to independently lead requirements conversations and drive work forward
- Financial services or banking experience
- BSA/AML, fraud, or financial-crime reporting experience
- Experience supporting reporting or data modernization initiatives
- Thought Spot experience
- Actimize exposure
