Lead Software Architect; Remote

• Define and maintain the overall software architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement architectural best practices and coding standards.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a software architect or lead developer role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex, large-scale distributed systems.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor technical teams.
