• Own features end-to-end across our Type Script CLI, Postgres data layer, evals, and deployments.
• Build the tooling that makes our autonomous agents reliable in real production environments.
• Work with multiple LLMs – open‑source and flagship – and squeeze the best result out of each.
• Ship fast, measure with evals, and iterate directly with customers.

• You’ve shipped complex production systems and owned them in the wild.
• You have an AI‑native workflow and treat agents as part of how you build.
• Owner mindset – you see something broken and you fix it.

• Fully remote – work from anywhere in the EU; we have a soft preference for the Paris region or somewhere easily reachable, and keep core hours in CET for smooth collaboration.
