Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to create coding challenges that help train AI models in debugging, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization. Prior AI experience is not required.
Required Skills- Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or Type Script
- Algorithms and Data Structures
- Git Hub and Open-Source Contributions
- Bug Fixing and Feature Implementation
- Codebase Refactoring and Performance Optimization
- Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving
- Develop coding challenges and reference solutions.
- Debug software issues and implement new features.
- Refactor code and optimize performance.
- Build testing environments and validate solutions.
- Document technical decisions and review code quality.
- Strong programming and backend development experience.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and automated testing.
- Proven debugging and optimization skills.
- Git Hub portfolio or willingness to complete a technical assessment.
