• Design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning models for automotive applications, including perception, prediction, and control systems.
• Build robust and efficient software architectures for real-time data processing and decision-making in vehicles.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers, in a remote setting.
• Optimize algorithms and software for performance, scalability, and reliability on embedded automotive platforms.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and automotive technology.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software designs, algorithms, and system architectures.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to team best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Evaluate and integrate third‑party AI/ML libraries and tools as appropriate.
• Contribute to the development of simulation environments for testing and validation of autonomous systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a distributed team environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or a related field;
  PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with a significant focus on AI/ML.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or similar languages relevant to embedded systems and AI.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, computer vision, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with sensor fusion, object detection, tracking, and path planning for autonomous systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with automotive software development processes and standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and algorithmic thinking skills.
