Machine Learning Engineer - Reinforcement Learning

• Develop and implement advanced Reinforcement Learning algorithms and models.
• Design and conduct experiments to train and evaluate RL agents in simulated and real-world environments.
• Optimize RL algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate RL solutions into existing systems and products.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and inform model development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in Reinforcement Learning and related fields.
• Contribute to the documentation of algorithms, models, and experimental results.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex ML systems.
• Present findings and technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong theoretical understanding and practical experience with Reinforcement Learning algorithms (e.g., Q-learning, Policy Gradients, Actor-Critic methods).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, OpenAI Gym).
• Experience in data analysis and manipulation using tools like Pandas and Num Py.
• Solid understanding of underlying mathematical concepts (linear algebra, probability, calculus).
• Ability to design and implement experiments, analyze results, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong programming skills and experience with software development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with simulation environments or game AI is a plus.
