• Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale machine learning systems and infrastructure.
• Design, train, and deploy advanced ML models for various applications, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and research teams to define ML roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.
• Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Establish best practices for ML development, MLOps, and model monitoring.
• Evaluate and integrate new ML technologies and tools to enhance our capabilities.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model effectiveness.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles, with a strong focus on building production-ready systems.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and extensive experience with ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Deep understanding of various ML algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble methods.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools is highly desirable.
