• Design, develop, implement, and test embedded software for automotive ECUs using the AUTOSAR framework.
• Configure AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules, including MCAL, RTE, and Services Layer.
• Develop complex device drivers and middleware components for various microcontrollers.
• Ensure software compliance with AUTOSAR standards and automotive industry best practices.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, system engineers, and application software developers in a remote setting.
• Perform software debugging, testing, and validation using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., emulators, debuggers, HIL systems).
• Optimize software performance, memory usage, and power consumption.
• Create and maintain detailed software design documentation, code, and test plans.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AUTOSAR, embedded systems, and automotive technology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in embedded software development, with a strong focus on AUTOSAR.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the AUTOSAR architecture, specifications, and tools.
• Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
• Experience with microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM, Infineon, Renesas) commonly used in automotive applications.
• Strong understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded software development lifecycle.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostic services (UDS).
• Familiarity with debugging tools, emulators, and oscilloscopes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
